Bob is an accomplished business executive and corporate officer with over 25 years of experience serving businesses in corporate leadership roles including human capital, operations, and administration in a wide variety of business segments including capital equipment manufacturing, financial services, business consulting, and energy management. Bob is Chief Career Strategist with his career, executive, and small business coaching firm - Career Strategy Solutions based in Overland Park, Kansas.

Bob’s professional career has included business unit profit and loss responsibility and management of critical business functions such as finance, information technology, marketing, branding, public and media relations, legal administration, contract management, fleet management, call center operations, and risk management.

Bob also has considerable experience with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. The business units that Bob has directly led have ranged in size from $7.9 million to $11.3 million in annual revenue. Bob has served on executive teams for businesses with between $75 million and $325 million in annual revenue with between 700 and 2,500 employees.

Bob has served as Vice-President of Human Resources, Administration, and Operations for two Wisconsin-based capital equipment manufacturing firms, Brandt, Inc. based in Watertown, Wisconsin, and APW, Ltd. based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Bob is also an entrepreneur and was a senior partner in an investment firm, DDM Venture, LLC based in Kansas City, Missouri. Bob has also served as a formal Business Advisor to HD-Sciences, an entrepreneurial start-up biotechnology company based in Kansas City, Missouri.

Bob is a highly accomplished as a senior-level career transition and executive coach with C-level executives, senior managers and other professionals at every organizational level and he as served over 950 coaching clients in this capacity since 2007. Bob is certified as a "Master" Career Transition Consultant and Retirement Coach. The master-level certification was based on client ratings achieved over two years before being awarded.
